Placement OnTrack

Placement OnTrack provides staff recruitment services that take the hassle out of filling your vacancy. For a flat fee we advertise, reference check and short-list for interview to allow local business people to find the best person for the job with a minimum of fuss.

There is a basic fee for the first position regardless of the number of vacancies. 

An additional fee for any other position, regardless of the number of vacancies.

The service offered includes:

1. Preparation of basic Position Description in consultation with employer.
2. Drafting and placement of advertisement/s.
3. Receipt and acknowledgement of applications- including assisting applicants to lodge applications electronically if required.
4. Short Listing of applicants for interview 
5. Reference checks of applicants on short-list
6. Contacting and arranging  applicants for interview 
7. Notifying successful and unsuccessful applicants (if required).

Placement OnTrack also offers to interview and recommend successful applicant at an additional fee.*
