Victoriaworks is a suite of workforce participation projects funded by the Victorian Government to help jobseekers who face barriers or challenges to employment to access sustainable employment opportunities.

On Track auspices two of these projects:

Victoriaworks for Mature Age Workers aims to deliver effective and innovative strategies that result in the re-engagement of mature age workers in employment.

• Persons over 55 years who are now seeking active employment are eligible.

Victoriaworks for Jobseekers with Employment Challenges aims to help meet the labour and skill needs of local industry, as well as increase the sustainable employment outcomes of people with significant barriers to employment.

On Track will actively assist in obtaining employment for:

• Jobseekers 24 years and under;
• Recently arrived jobseekers (under 2 years) migrants and refugees;
• Retrenched workers,
• Jobseekers 45 and over.

On Track’s mission is “that every person who wants to work is employed”. Therefore even those who do not meet any of the above eligibility criteria are encouraged to contact our dynamic employment services team.

All of On Track’s Employment Services are voluntary and free of charge.
